And it's Iskanderrrr's right to quit or whatever - we don't need ultimatums here - just be honest with yourself and your  conscience - and think does this what you've done and which   caused such aqquables worth doing it or not ...

If yes the you can go straight away from GVT - i won't cry - if not then my and i think everybodie's  respect for you would be unlimited

He can quit and it wouldn't make any difference at all to me... i'll still wake up in the morning, go to work, eat three meals a day, take one good shit, stunt for an hour and go to bed.

The problem is, is that there is no one sure fire way to prove whether someone mods. All we can go on is our eyes and that is not enough to render a guilty verdict. It seems that the court of GTAS is "guilty till proven innocent". My advise to Ralph is as follows:

If you DID NOT mod: Provide us with the rep so we may all see it from different angles.

If you DID mod: Admit it, remove VC and reinstall VC without the mod and hope that you will be forgiven.

I also propose that unless the disucssion turns away from the question of modding that we close this thread as it no longer serves a purpose.

There's no denying that Iskanderrrr has skills - I think he's a good stunter.  However...I believe that he wants to be the best, and he mods to fool folk of this.

Ok...on the subject of the vid. It was a great watch...and a great challenge vid. The editing was nicely synched, and I was happy (always happy) to see that effects weren't over-used. Thanks for putting the finishing touches on the intro too...I'm such a lazy git when it comes to things like that.

Overall great vid with some kick-ass stunts. There can never be too many GVT vids.


Well I'll give my two cents. I have to admit that some of Iskan's stunts do look somewhat fishy. Do I hate him for it? No. He's a good bloke and I've chatted with him quite a few times. But being a good bloke doesn't necessarily get someone off the hook. I've been watching a lot of Iskan's stunts lately, and the majority (to my eyes) look quite normal. But occasionally one wil pop up that will put a lot of doubt in my mind as to it's legitimacy.

Firstly, the infamous packerbump to the police station roof in Staunten. I've stunted there, and it's a cluttered, uneven and pain in the ass run up. I've watched the rep too, and even though I think height like that may be possible - I don't think it's possible there. The main problem I had with the rep is the soft landing, and the fact that Iskan's wheels seem to sink into the ground an awful lot. Watch Defiance (particularly the stunt of mine near NPM)...you can see striking similarities between that stunt and Iskan's, and I did mine under 3/4 gravity.

Secondly, Iskan's stunt in Opposide near Sunshine Autos...the clip cuts in after the initial bump, and he goes a LONG way. We've all been stunting for God knows how long, and I've never seen a bump like that before.

Having said all that, I did see Iskan's stunt in Constant Exhibition (the jump from Staunten to Shoreside) and I initially though that looked heavily modded. But Dark and myself went to that spot and hit it for a while, and I think that's certainly possible. Dark struck the shore within about 20 mins. You do get fantastic air off that incline and you can make Shoreside (Iskan did clear it by a long way, but Dark and I only tried for a while). So who's to say these other stunts aren't possible? I've seen some weird shit happen in VC before, and some of the stunts I've gotten have had me scratching my own head at times.

My suggestion would be that everyone just go out and try the packerbump to the police station roof in Staunten for a couple of days. With ten or more stunters trying it for that long, the odds are that (if it's possible) someone will make it.

To Iskan...I hope you don't take this as a personal attack. I'm just giving my opinion. I'm really hoping you don't mod, and that you just bust your ass to get the stunts you're after. If that's the case...then I tip my hat to you for some awesome stuff. But as I say, watching some of your stunts (note the word 'some', not 'all') make me a little doubtful.

Now...in case any of you are wondering why I (or any other forum mod) haven't closed this or deleted half of the crap on it - it's because the GVT section is self-governing. I'm not about to come in and alter stuff in their section without their input or permission. It's up to the guys in GVT to decide what's done with their own section. I think it'd be great if we could just drop the whole argument that's stirring in this thread and just get back to the vid itself (modded or not). I'm sure the guys at GVT (who've contributed a great deal to this community) don't want their newly acquired section being filled with stuff like this.

Interesting discussion you guys have here. It's a shame I don't know anything about modding. Hell, I don't even know how to use a damn gravity mod. So yeah, I can't really distinguish anything.

I do want to bring this up, though: IIRC, Iskander completed that stunt fairly quickly in that topic with the challenge. Not sure if that's anything to note, but I'm just saying. A hell of a stunt like that seems impossible to get so quickly. But of course, there's always luck and you can't say much about that.
