Great video, good creativity on all those grinds !
The editing was also great even if the camera angles were a bit too much

Thanks man! And I hear you about some of those camera angles, makes some stuff a bit hard to see - but overall I'm very happy with Ezraph's work :jajaja:

Fabulous work, teeming with fresh and neat ideas and executions that were so aesthetically pleasing in the format that they were presented [camera work complemented them real well]. My favorite type of stunt had a heavy representation which is technical combos - involving grinds and grabs optionally. Lost the double grind combo where there is a stuckie inbetween a fence and a wall wedged between the two grinds - high praise for that one, elusive as any.

Thanks for the kind words Lior! Sad to hear you lost that grind combo :cheersad:

Really liked the washed out feel. For some reason it just sits nice with VC.

The polebump to grind, VC double with the wallride between, curb to wallride to ledge, and the MAG were probably my favs. Nice natural spots done well.

Thanks for the nice feedback man, much appreciated!

Pretty sweet video, I was very amazed with the stunts the first time I watched it and the editing is awesome! ;D Gj guys!

Thanks for taking the time to do a commentary even after watching the video Cooper, enjoyed watching it!

This is definitely your best video ever edited Ezraph. I always adore atmospheric edits with post-rock vibe and it's very rare nowadays. Feels like otherworldly.

Stunts were absolutely incredible and i have no favourites. Sick job Zero  ;D

Thanks for the kind words on the stunts man and I also have to agree, Ezraph did something special with this editing :a-cheer:

Nice!

Got that signature SD "Nice!" comment, I can rest easy now :cc_detective:

nice grinds, gj :cheernutz:

Thank you Balsam!

Here's some raw opinion, get ready, dont feel butthurt too much, it's what I think
The stunts overall were fucking great, amazing ideas all around, but I dont trust you man, after you modded previously and even admitted to it. Even on the raw footage (lmao raw footage released right after the edit, this shows how unwatchable most of the stunts from the edit were, god damn, am I glad Ezraph was "busy with college" when I asked him to edit my solo), you could see lags and strange behavior - from the raw footage 0:15, 2:03, 2:08, 3:03  (the latter you could obviously see something strange at the bump - invis cols again??)

Do you really stunt with cut out tree textures in LC? I remember couple of years back Art was blamed for "modding" his SF bridge invisible collision finisher just by making that collision visible, and now you see similar shit here.

Other than that good job, if (at least), some of the stunts were clean.

E: And I can't believe Ezraph actually placed some japanese girl talking while you were showing the "MaCi RIP" outro... Im just speechless dude. Why not fucking Metallica or something from his own album??? EVEN AUDIOLESS WOULD BE 100X BETTER! Not some autistic weaboo anime shit, dude, really dumb move  :neen:

I don't see why would I feel butthurt, everyone is entitled to their opinion even if we don't see eye to eye. I get where you're coming from and that's why I'm being so transparent about this video (with the raw clips and replays), to try and mend that broken trust; and that's why it feels hypocritical that despite this you decide just not to trust me, meanwhile you seemingly have no trouble trusting a fellow crew member who also modded in the past, like Skuller :hmm:

I appreciate that you at least took the time to point out the stunts you had an issue with. Let's see:
  • 0:15: Surely, you must know that tank bumps are one of the most random things in VC. I had other attempts without that much of a 'catapult' backwards but since the runup/speed is limited, you have to get a massive backbump in order to reach that BB. 2 stunts with similar bike motions from the top of my head are Crazy's DCLXVI tankbump or this one by Darkstar
  • 2:03: I'm not sure what you mean here, is it the wallride or the second grind? If the latter, you can see that I get on the rail while also hitting that little ledge with my back wheel
  • 2:08: I have honestly no idea what seems weird to you on this one; I loaded my position to get on that roof grind and my front wheel was popped, if that's any help
  • 3:03: You can clearly see there's a part of that rock that's angled backwards which sends me into the backbump, check the sparks too, no additional collisions - this makes me suspicious that you didn't spend more than 10 mintues (if any) on that spot and decided that there's obviously something strange with the bump :neen:

As for the tree textures, I use DeathCobra's repacks for all 3 games; I'm pretty sure these kind of became the go-to versions that most people use. As for the editing, I understand it's not your cup of tea, some stunts were a bit hard to see because of these cinematic cameras but as for me, I'm very pleased with Ezraph's work and happy to have this 'experimental' editing on this video :)

And since the stunts are indeed clean, thanks for the compliment! :ajaja:

Those grinds were sick! My favorite was the Freeway multiple grind combo. Amazing solo.

Decent video, my fav part was the last few stunts where the song became more dynamic as well. I felt that part was needed for the end of the video. Otherwise, this editing could not really grab my attention, sorry about that. I rather felt it takes away spotlight from the stunts.

good video, wish the pace was a bit quicker tho. also lol @ skuller thinking he has the power to call out anyone

e: @TBV, it's speculated that art actually modified the collision of some stunts (e.g. the curb bump in LS), not the appearance of collisions

Lovely work, so many cool and clever stunts, like the LC hospital grinds combo and the wallie to ledge grind out behind the VC cop station, among many others (so much natural bike stuff!), and ofcourse the absolute standout for me was that taxi stunt - it was an awesome realisation that it was only half done upon reaching the boat! I also enjoyed the lofi vibes of the edit, and an example of a cool angle for me was the second one of the second stunt - that you use to show the grind - that was nice! Great solo, great video!

I really like the edit, some scenic shots look like some old 60's tv show or something with the whole vaporwave thing going on as well

stunts really good
