You may remember back in early January where Angle.Fire has decided this would be his first ever organized VC collab,
and so far there's like a SHIT TON of replays already sent (correct me if I'm wrong but they're about 150 of them), so we
decided to make this two-fold with 2 different editors (myself included), so stay tuned for Volume 2 (watch until the end
of the premiere for its trailer)

And before you ask, yes this is another reason to fuckin hang out with my babies Replay Manager and Freeplay. Took
6 months in the making for sure, but wait no more motherfuckers

AAAAAAAAAAAAND if it wasn't for DragonFF's tool the video would look like shit considering the long distance model of
every vehicle is really bad (which I also considered fixing them myself)

It's EZ GRIPS!!

I was aware that TDRVC was conducive for stunting, but I had no idea that we'd see a massive video like this, even if it took a while (and this is only the first part ). The editing took full advantage of all the new tools, and the stunts took advantage of all nooks and crannies of this new playground. Very well done.

Well done, there were many highlights but I'll just say that everyone landed some nice stunts! Ezraph's editing was definitely the star of the show, though I did think a couple of stunts were difficult to fully understand on my first viewing (like Haywire/ZeRo's spot, it's tricky to simultaneously follow the specifics of both versions unless you know the differences between them in advance). I'm looking forward to Haywire's section too .

Since the watch party recording is scuffed, here's a little summary for anyone who wasn't present;

Ezraph has taken Replay Manager and shown us all how to do it. Beautiful cinematics throughout, great sensibilities and vision, a crispy clean polish. I truly must step up to the plate with Part 2.

I saw great things from Sorcery, Sheeptea, Max, Rainbow, Gryzlek, but everyone took this new terrain and showed off their ideas with great variety. I'm proud to give the community something fun to play with.

That was such an enjoyable watch, great job everybody involved! Lots and lots of cool stunts in this, and to see that there's a part 2 on the way makes it even more exciting! Just to name a few standouts: Maci's dropbump (tried this too for a bit), Sorcery's MAG, Rainbow's bus grind and taxi precision (that was TIGHT), Krypton's desert precision, Haywire's ledgegrind, Gryzlek's sanchez doublebump and faggio precision, Sheeptea's grind combo, Angle.Fire's hotring drive-up-the-wall precision (wtf ) and some car stuff by Smut - but again, everybody did good!

The editing was top notch, the use of those new camera tools really takes it to the next level and it clearly shows you put a lot of effort into this, well done Ezraph! Enjoyed the soundtracks too. My only minor complaint would be that my double grind that was shown together with Jason's combo was a little bit hard to see, I mean I knew my stunt but even I had to rewind the video to make out what exactly was happening - but the idea was great, nontheless!

And last but not least shoutout to Jason for creating this map!

Wow everyone pulled their weight here. Barely any filler stunts, multiple times went "damn what a great idea". DC's gap to tunnel was probably my favourite. Though smut, haywire, gryzlek, and sheeptea had great stuff.... everyone did. Sheep's grind2csm2prec was bonkers.

Editing was nice, wasnt a huge fan of the music but the editing paired well with it. I'm in the minority on this, but I thought there was too much cinematic angles, pretty much every stunt. They weren't bad by any means, i just feel less is more when it comes to those. Too much cutting for my liking but it still looked impeccable. Great job ezraph.

Looking forward to part 2, wonderful video here.

There are a lot to say about this. I was going to record myself but i'm kinda overwhelmed with job so i'll try to put them into words here 

First and foremost, I'd like to give my biggest thanks to Ezraph for taking the edit for first part. I'd not be able to start this if he didn't accept.  We've gone through many beta footages and like 3 full betas before making it final. Ezraph has fixed many stuff along the way. His dedication and patience was unbelivable. And time failed to make him lose his creativity even though he was also going through collage stuff. This will have a special place in my memory rent free. 

Jason did a great job creating this new playground for us. It's a fresh air for people wanting to test their creativities. It has been some fair time and there are still many spots to land. Creating this world was already too much but he also gave it a hand and edits for second part. I'm so grateful for it all. Mad respect mate 

For my part, I had to make sure all, if not, most of the replays were counted in. Because small or big, there is an effort for each stunt. And it only deserves respect.  I've gone through it all and split them into parts. Making sure each part has their good share for diversity of stunts while considering their submission dates as well. Had to reorganize it a couple of times while Ezraph and Haywire were on the edit. First part is amalgamation of some stuff we've seen before and new stuff. So it feels like a recap of TDRVC stunting till now for some sections. I hope i was reasonable with splitting the reps. This is my first to organize a collab so forgive me if you think it wasn't what you expected.

And thanks to community to allow me to organize something of that scale here and showing their support. I'm very proud to be able to do this. There were some people said they'd send something as well but sadly couldn't make it. That'd really be amazing. But still, thanks for the effort. Also i wished to see some other stunters as well but there's not much to do for it now.  Just know that i like each and everyone in the community with the exception of cheating. 

It's really hard for me to pick favourites. We got all banger stunts

Everyone landed great stunts, my personal favorites where MaCi's massive drop mega bomb, Gryzlek's sanchez double bump, Krypton's desert prec, Reaper's nat bump 2 building and Sorcery's mag. The editing is just amazing, the camera work combining stunts all the time is fucking awesome, also the music choice is nice too. The intro is weird and freaky and I like that. I'm not a fan of lowering the FPS tho hehe but it doesn't matters

Good stuff guys! Favourite stunts for me had to be the hole landings from Max and DC, plus Rainbow's bus grind and taxi prec. Also Smut, Sorcery and Gryzlek's stuff, the many impressive grinds and- really it was just cool to see everyone making such good use of this new playground! Editing-wise I really liked the camerawork used to showcase that bus grind (seeing the whole thing in one long take was extra satisfying, as was its blend into the following stunt - I liked that cam so much I didn't want it to end hah), also the building-wipe into Gryzlek's faggio prec (and the secondary angle of the landing showing off the precision really well), and the camera used to capture Smut's comet dropping off of the bridge.

I'm excited for more - that teaser for part 2 the end was a lovely way to cap it off.
