It is a solid alternative, especially because they offer a free version. Though with the free one you aren't allowed to use most of the FX.
Can recommend Affinity as an alternative for common Adobe programs.
As for After Effects, I'm using Blender as an alternative. It can do most of the stuff with similar results.

i'm planning on learn this in near future, hear that it's good for Color granding , CC,... :D , right after , AE, blender, C4D :D , Hello Herragre !!!! :D
but you need powerful hardware to get all potential of this DR

Probably you are right! Their CC is insane, but complex and learning curve is difficult

Would probably get into this.

You won't regret this man! I don't know why people and I still used Sony Vegas XD

Yup!, also vegas is user friendly and UI is easy to get!
