Few days ago i changed thermal grease in my PC, and after that many GTAS videos i have tried to watch, well, they have ~5-10 fps. Under that videos in comment section there is nothing about lags, so as far as i can see it:
1. i did something wrong when disassembled/assembled laptop (because before it everything was ok).
2. coincidence, that videos were always lagging.
3. coincidence, youtube lags?

p.s. some videos are lagging partly.

TBH i do not think they will fix it. Maybe they have problems with servers. And GTAS videos with 5 fps are unwatchable.
