To be honest 2:25, 2:50, 3:42 and 3:58 were the only worthy stunts. I don't like the editing at all.
+this

The whole video felt kinda unnecessary to put under the DSS crew. I skipped through the boring parts a lot. I guess the whole vid would be better if it was put under some random crew of yours alibi. Moreover, through the vid there were a plenty of those edgy effects which were prolly just downloaded videos set to overlay or something like that, meh that felt just not right

I don't mean to be straight up negative, it's not that hard to make video simple to bring the enjoyment of the audience, just don't set your standards too high.

To all that didnt know, the SA part of DSS is more than inactive. This SA project was more than a year old, and only thanks to Alibi's patience, collecting stunts and throwing ideas kept the crew alive while we were all inactive. It was actually his constant typing on skype that got me to return, to regroup the others and land stunts for the upcoming VC vid. So to those that call him childish, you should probably get to know him better instead of throwing random bullshit at his address.

It's indeed not our best SA video, but it's an example how with a half dead SA part, we are still able to produce a not so bad video, and still have people joining us - welcome SkilZ - an amazing VC and SA stunter that has yet to show his potential to the community

We would welcome more non-childish comments, where we can read a worthy constructive critisism on the video, and not who tries to copy who or how it shouldnt have been released under the crew's logo.

Once again, happy birthday Adam!

I'm not going to get into the politics side of this as I think who a crew invites to be a member and what they release under the crew name is solely up to the crew/the members involved. Stunt wise I really enjoyed the video, everyone had some nice stuff especially Alibi's combos (stoppie to prec across the roofs and the bike up the electrical tower prec) and I also really enjoyed Spike's NRG flip to bump to prec and his downtown cabbie boost. It was nice to see ToTy in SA and overall I thought it was a pretty good video.

Editing wise it wasn't the best but it certainly wasnt the worst especially with people saying you're ripping off somebody else, there's only so many ways you can edit a stunt video; use some progressive rock with clean smooth editing and the occasional FX and you'll be copying Daffy or PtRvY, use some flying cinematics and you're copying Max, do something that adheres from the norm and you're copying Sorcery. I'm 50/50 on the editing with this, some of the CC's and the red effects were nice but imo they didn't fit the song and I think they'd fit a progressive rock song more than the one in the video. The overlays were kinda ehh and could've been used better but aside from a few points in the video where the overlays were annoying I don't think the editing ruined the video more so it just didn't fit with the song.

Just my two cents, nice video and well done to everybody involved.

Gotta say it was a lackluster video from every aspect. I surely didn't expect anything extraordinary from such an inactive crew, but this video felt so forced that I cannot hide it. At least 80% of the stunts felt simply weak to me, although I spotted some good ones like Danielo's stunts (expected from a CP member huh?  :P), the anonymus (probably it's the guest, Rahim) stunt and the finisher. There were a lot of oldies as well, in spite of the fact that I'm not a big old stunt spotter nor I really care about it, but I felt these old stunts did not deserve to be relanded. The editing was quite weird. Alibi, you have unique ideas that's sure but for some reason it usually ends up being out of place and not understandable as a whole. The music didn't fit as well, sorry.

But to finish with something positive, I appreciate the fact that you Alibi left no stone unturned to make this video happen and the crew a bit more active. I was happy to read TBV's words and now I do wait for the upcoming VC video. No offense but when it comes to DSS, all I can think of is VC, and when I think of that, it's usually quality stuff. So I'm expecting a solid video from you guys once again, keep up the work!

I don't know man, I'm sorry, but I don't like how you recording stunts. For me you just spoiled some stunts, these stunts deserve more better view.
I don't want to talk much about editing.. It wasn't bad, it was watchable, but for me it looks like you just found some tuts on youtube about "new effects for sony vegas", just downloaded it and used on some clips.
Some effects were unnecessary imo. Next time focus more on recording and use effects with brain. (I don't want to say that i'm pro editor, i'm noob in editing. I just say what i think and that's all.)

Would be more better, if it was more light and fun video with fun editing. Stunts are just don't fit with the music. This track needs more harder and powerful stunts imo.

Stunting wise: Spike's NRG stunt was pretty cool (not old?), but cabbie boosts were with slowitdown i think..
Glad to see DanielO and his ambulance stunt — very liked this one!
Joep was good, gj on landing this second stunt, freeway grind is old.
Toty, damn this bump to palm prec (your second stunt) was sick, gj
Rahim's guest stunt was cool, liked this because i know this spot and it was in my thoughts too :P
Alibi's infy curbbump to prec was cool, but weird.. (isn't it old? i feel like i saw this stunt before)
SkilZ stuff was okay, but SkilZ can do better!
Other stunts were average, i just wrote my fav ones! ;)

Waiting for next crew video, good luck guys!!!

One more question, what was the point of a 60FPS render if all you will get in San Andreas is 25?

liked the video... weird to see so much negative comment and see pretty good video  :cc_detective:

edit was pretty cool but only thing i did not like it was that the tempo of the video is so slow, like the first stunt was shown like 5-10 second too long

stunts were pretty cool too but too much too long taxi stuff.... i mean landing high building with taxi is just not worth it, you need prec or grind or secondary boost somewhere.  (after seeing all those bridges landed. not saying you have to land crazy shit like that but taxi stuff just needs something!)

While I appreciate the effort and attempt to make it a good video editing wise, I think you did not succeed.
The intro felt a bit out of place since there's no real relation to the main part. Something ancient and cryptic as a whole could've worked so well.
SA's rainy weather ain't good for GTAS videos imo, since the random thunders always end up being unfitting and asynchronous flashes.
The chosen colors of the video weren't really consistent and the keyed overlays felt out of place too.
The song was okay, but her voice become a bit annoying after a while. Especially towards the end where she screams.

In terms of stunting I didn't expect much, since SA obviously isn't DSS' business. It was quite a mixture and these were the standouts imo:
Joep's & Toty's palmtree landings, both stunts by DanielO and Alibi's Infernus double bump.
Spike's cheap modding was annoying to watch, but at least it was uninteresting Cabbie stuff only.
Altogether the stunting was kinda average and thus it felt more like a regular collab instead of an actual crew video.

I feel like this video had a higher potential, especially editing wise with the aforementioned theme thingy.
Props for the effort and staying alive nonetheless.

I liked it. Stuntingwise some guys did an amazing job. It might not be the best SA crew video but as V said, there is a lot of inactivity going on. Alibi did a lot of work on organizing and editing this and also on keeping guys motivated so even if he has done a few bad things in the edit or the angles I think the mistakes should be forgiven - the dude gave his soul for this!
