I can't be bothered to hop in-game to screenshot it, but it was posted as challenge 2 or 3 times already. Coming from north direction, RADing along the thin pavement on the right after the downhill part. Then doing a high bump with wallkick from the exit ramp's pillar.
When I think of it I'm actually not even sure about it still being unlanded. I dunno why, but I somehow relate it to Scavenger or Delfy (?). But again, it's just another of those bumps and unfortunately not impressive anymore.

I think Delfy modded it with one of his fake accounts, he used the pillar in the middle of the road though if I'm not mistaken, so it's basically not the exact same stunt. Honestly I would consider the stunt you described a good one, sure the wow factor is pretty much gone but it would still be satisfying to see it landed.

Alright, I'm one of those guys who posted it as challenge some times ago. I got some close attempts with a side packer to bump, I never tried it naturally to be honest, until Burn say it's possible naturally, then I've stopped with the lame packer thing. I understood it, I know what spot are you saying. I never saw it landed to be honest, I guess it's still unlanded.

By the way, I'm sure I already saw Taz landing the white building from DC's bump in some collab.. Or is this just an illusion?

No, he didn't. I know which stunt are you talking about, it was a P2B in a sign. Actually he did it in another video and I'm not talking about this building, I'm talking about the white one (the same than your challenge spot). I'm sure I saw he landing it in some video.
