Depends on your PC... 100+fps is ideal in SA
You can always change the settings, if you need to record your replays with good video settings.

In old times, everyone stunted only with FL ON, and FL OFF stunts were like modded, but i still don't understand it fully.. (explain someone please)
FELIX seems to be misinformed, stunting with Frame Limiter On has been widely present until like mid/late 2007, even though the hardware was capable of calculating more than 25 FPS.Some people even always stuck to stunting with Frame Limited On and did exetremely well - I'm looking at you TMS vets!
