tuforior first bike solo
« on: February 21, 2016, 09:57:55 AM »
This is my first stunt video from clips I've just recorded over since I've been playing. I would really appreciate anyone checking it out and any feedback you could offer   :ajaja:

ay thanks mate, that's reassuring to hear because I was definitely on the fence about that start. I thought there was only so much slow pan scenery I could do, so gave wavy lines a go

Nice spooky intro  :P And very enjoyable video. But is there a reason why you have the HUD/minimap enabled and why you don't use races?

thanks :D , do you think it went on a bit long? I was editing it and it felt like the intro lasted forever. I had the initial idea of doing like a freemode stunting video where there'd be a few clips of fighting off kurumas/insurgents but it was a little harder to get clips where it all happened quick enough for it not to be boring. It's still an idea I would like to do at some point. So pretty much all these clips are from freemode so that hud and radar is getting in the way a bit but oh well

Cool for a first ;) Not too many old stunts and I like how you combo'd a lot of spots. Though you should have kept trying the last bump2bridge since technically you bailed the spot but keep at it :cc_detective:

Whats the song btw?

thanks mate! I didn't even think about having the actual bump2bridge landed stunt in there. I just bailed it like that and thought it was a cool way to end the video and stopped there, but it really makes sense to have it in landed lol. I guess that leaves something for the 2nd

the song is carpenter brut - roller mobster. I forgot to put it in description, thanks for reminding me

I thought the intro was a little long but it was enjoyable, felt like I was watching The Matrix or something :P I also thought some of the stunt runups were too long but apart from that it was real good. I liked the wallride up the building near the start and bump 2 roof ramp flip 2 billboard but as others said you should have landed the ender but it was still a funny ending. I'm not too well versed on V videos so sorry I can't offer more feedback but overall I really enjoyed it :cc_detective:

Next time I make a stunt video I'm gonna make one more like this! :D

Most youtube stunt videos are beginning to look kinda same-y and it's boring. This is artsy, different, risky... and I like it a lot! Great work

after having watched it a few more times, I was thinking the same thing about the runups. I guess I could do something for the next one where I could land that bridge ending and do some sort of flashback thing? Either way it leaves something for next one  Thanks for the feedback, it really helps a lot.

wow that's a great compliment :D thanks very much!
