While I like the concepts of them and the bodies of the NRG's turned out nice I can't help but feel it's essentially just the texture from the CS:GO skins slapped onto the body as shown by the quality of the body textures compared to the wheels and brakes. Both of those body designs give you so much potential for brakes, for example with the first NRG you could have some sharp spokes similar to the Redline pattern which would instantly make it look alot better. Try adding some textures to the inside part of the wheel as right now they are flat and look kind of boring, for example even if you just used the carbon texture from the body and made it a dark red it'd look far better than just plain red.
I think the main part bringing both of them down is just the brakes themselves. I like the way you've used the CS skins and positioned them and the Redline one does indeed look awesome but the brakes just don't fit. Try and make some brakes that actually match the bike and it'll look so much better but you definitely have a good starting point for some skins!
