Sony vegas vegas1~1.dll missing

I downloaded the Sony Vegas 11.0 and installed successfully. When I open the sony vegas it says VEGAS1~1.dll is missing. And while i am trying to make RENDERAS settings it shows the message as "Method Not Found: 'Boolean System. Threading. WaitHandle. Waitone(Int32)'.
And later it crashes the software.

Please suggest me to solve this issue.

Uninstall and reinstall Vegas Pro.

The first message means one of the files that should be installed is not, and the 2nd is a .Net framework error message and makes no sense at all, unless you've uninstalled something since installing Vegas Pro and inadvertently removed .Net.  Either way, the installer should detect a lack of dependencies when you reinstall Vegas Pro.

I unistalled and re installed the Sony Vegas Pro. But still showing the same error. I am running windows xp sp2. Is there any problem with it? I have installed .net 3.5 already. If not please share the link to do so. Please do the needful. Thankyou.

Find another installation for Vegas then (assuming you do not have a legit installation atm). I cannot even find Vegas1~1.dll on google. Also update your .NET to fix the other error (hopefully). Don't just get 3.5, get the newest version.
