Of course it does, difficulty is one aspect of a stunt. If everyone landed Taz' stunts (for example) on the first try they wouldn't be as impressive, would they?

Difficulty of a stunt is in my opinion important because it can make it feel special, stand out and more jaw-dropping but it doesn't mean that it'll automatically look better than an easier stunt in a video.

As a viewer, the execution matters. As a stunter, the difficulty matters. As both, both matter.
