It can't continue UG2 story since it's been continued already in MW. We were the same guy from Underground until Undercover.
True, except Pro Street though. Same universe but different person.

Nope, same person. That's why they covered his face, it was never shown, and they wanted  to keep it that way.

"And he is Ryan Cooper, a guy that earned a lot of reputation racing in a not so legal way, know what i mean right?"

Prostreet commentator at the beginning of the game.

Wrong. Carbon and Pro Street happens at the same time so that's not possible and Ryan Cooper gets arrested in Undercover so he can't be the protagonist in Undercover. Which means they're in the same universe but different people.
UG, UG2, MW, Carbon & UC = Player
Pro Street = Ryan Cooper

Your theory hasn't any proof either because there are many street racers with a lot of reputation in the NFS franchise.
Anyways, the timeline is complicated and it's not 100% fully figured out yet.
So I'm only going to explain this once.
The only reason we know Pro Street is in the same universe as the other NFS games is because of two easter eggs.
-The first EE is the one who connects Carbon and Pro Street: In this video he talks about a blue car which has been left alone with a "NFS CARBN" license plate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDtEGQAl-aU That means the cars in Carbon exists in Pro Street and that proves they're in the same universe. The blue car he talks about is Darious Supra which he gives to the Player in the clip. Everyone except the Player gets busted and then he's told to take Darious Supra and get out of there. This happens in Carbons prologue, So the Player has been doing street races in Palmont City while Ryan Cooper is trying to become the street king. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJ-XgEDwsuY
Carbon: Player
Pro Street: Ryan Cooper

-The second EE is actually in Undercover: While you're playing NFS Undercover you will suddenly hear that a guy with the name "Ryan Cooper" has got arrested, he's not talking and refuses to take off his racing helmet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkbFBsp6-Yg So that means Ryan Cooper can't be the protagonist in Undercover or the NFS games  because they all have the same protagonist.
Underground - Undercover except Pro Street: Player
Pro Street: Ryan Cooper

I actually was really interested in NFS story, because it was never "confirmed" that there was even one, so props for this guy for doing that little (but important) investigation.

Title says it all. Its a reboot, doubt that it will have amy connection with previous games story wise.

Yeah, and even that game was shit too. NFS has lost since Carbon for me. The Run wasn't bad at all, I enjoyed it, but didn't make me to walk it through again.. not like the U1,U2,Carbon or, my childhood, NFS3.  :P
