Yep, really smooth, I like the colors. The water effect or I don't know what is weird a bit. Nice stunt though, keep it dude.
E: This should be in the VC part, it's just the map of the III, not the game itself.

It looks like a pinch/punch with the effect 'Starburst' either that or some saturation adjust and glow should do the job.
