Vegas 12 pro animation mode

Is there any way on earth where I can get the old animation mode back? For example like in vegas 7, where all effect parameters are stored in 1 keyframe, instead having to make three of them on three different timelines. I recently started using 12pro but my science is that animation mode where you have to keyframe every single parameter of an effect individually annoying and a waste of time. Is my dream unreachable and should I go back to a lesser version or can this be solved easily? Knowing Sony they completely removed the old ways because 'fuck comfortable editing tools'.
