hey dude, if you're still having problems im sure i can help you out. ive had a problem like this before. add me on skype ray_xcoolx. I'm sure we'll get it sorted out so youre saving replays and landing dope stunts in no time!

edit (give these steps a try as well): when you press F2 then F3 ingame, does it start a replay? Because you say you have a savegame, so you must have a 'GTA Vice City User Files' folder somewhere. Since you have a save game this is perfect, we can locate the folder its saved in, and this will be the folder the game is putting all your replays and save files in. Navigate to the start menu, open up 'Computer' (the folder where you can select your HDD, CD/DVD, USB drives, etc) in the search bar on the top right search for "GTAVCsf#.b" (#being whatever savefile you have saved in game.). It could take a little, give it patience, it is searching your whole computer after all. But if you do have a save file that file will besomewhere on your computer. If/When the search has found that file, right click on the file and near the bottom the the drop down menu where it pops up there should be an option saying 'Open File Location'. Click that, and note the location of where the folder is saved.
