afterlife sent me a message claiming that he didnt get an ISB for that stunt. i dont think thats possible because i even got ISBs when i only had 360 on that spot plus reaching the rail. anyone know some facts or science on this?

FL means Framelimiter and sets your Frames on 25.
You can adjust this in the settings in Gta San Andreas ( Pc version only )

Wich means you lagg a bit more and the spins are epicer but the bumps are ...  meh

I never understood the whole FL-On/FL-Off debate and why it's classed as modding, I mean it's a built in feature in the game yet people denounce it and put it on the same level as gravmod?

If anything people who land stunts with FL-Off deserve an award since that shit hurts your eyes.

FL off in SA is entirely different mate. The game doesnt go into a frenzy mode like VC does. Also, in SA its not considered modding at all.

No FL-debates in here though please.

He probably didn t take the screenshot while he was grinding. I can affirm ISB always appears on  that spot with a 360 540 spin.
