Okay I quickly build something from newegg less than 800$ like you wanted.

It's even cheaper if you can use some parts from your previous PC like the Case or HDD so minus them it's under 600$

I bought only a video card , the rest is not so sure , besides i found some interesting tips and products in your comments so it may take a time .

That's not what we told you to do. You need a better video card with AT LEAST 1GB RAM, but 2gb is highly recommended!

Yes i found out from ur comments today but i had already bought, i can give the card back that's not a problem . There is no one else to listen but you about that . So i start from 0 again , i will find 2mb card and will write soon.

I don't know man, Alienware 18 with i7 4900,32 gb ram,dual GTX 780,4.9ghz(turbo boost) is pretty beast for a laptop. Only problem is that would cost around $4,500. Although with a desktop the possibilities are endless :p

Better is a relative term. Nobody's buying a laptop to beat the best desktop on the market, it's about portability. To a certain degree, the possibilities really are "endless". You just have to take thermal throttling and size into consideration (as well as the magic word, price ).

As other's have said, the specifications you listed in the first post are way under powered. I would recommend using your budget fully if you want something that's going to last you a good few years. But hell, you could get a better PC than the PS4/Xbone for $500, and given the architecture of next gen, that would set you up well for the PC games coming over the next 2-3 years.

I'd like to see you take your desktop somewhere. Depends on your lifestyle, really. If you like to sit home all day err day then enjoy your desktop.

I have the newer GT 750m/1GB(for laptops) and it's just average. Really only good for the older games I play such as SA.
If you want to build a gaming PC you will need a better card than that GTX260 dude. Return that one asap

I found a Tesla but still 890mb and Radeon Sapphire Hd6770 1GB Gddr5 and still hard to find 2gb good bits card .

1gb card is good for now, you can always upgrade later when you have more money to spend on it. I'm not an expert by far, but I have done a lot of research on video cards and processors. Basically, I only know what's good or not based on what I have purchased and researched. I'm not familiar with Radeon cards though, I only wanted Nividia, so that's what I know about. I'm sure they are good cards though.

Look at the  GeForce GT 730 64-bit GDDR5. It's around $60 and will run most games on high with playable frame rates. You can either settle for now on a decent card and wait to upgrade, or just hold out on the build until you have the sufficient funds to build what you really want.

That video card is way better than what I was recommending, If you can afford it, go for it. 
For laptops I know the GTX 765 is the closest you can get to what would be considered a "high end" video card that is still somewhat affordable for a budget.
