Make the bike vulnerable, by default probably caps+Q with dannye's. Then shoot the tires (professionaltools is an easy cheat to get a gun) and then make the bike invulnerable again (or not, that's your choice ofc).

You can simply spawn it without remembering, shoot out the wheels and get on it, still without remembering.
