pass the wanted map 10-15 times on normal, then try hidden. you will just simply remember the rythm, it's all about that.

agree to that what dom said. you have to play the maps many times on normal to memorize it well enough (especially important fot the normal circles). you also have to know the beat and when you have to click.
THEN i would try to play it with hidden.

at the moment i try to practice my speed and i guess it works out well by doubletime-ing everything. here's an example

got a 95% a out of it. of course i'm far away from fc-ing that one, but i see much porgress concerning speed and accuracy.

dude that's exactly why i prefer mania  in mania accuracy is EVERYTHING and as long as you keep your acc above ~97%, it's not a big deal if you miss a note halfway through. and osu!standard is like "fc or gtfo"

I play hard difficulty songs to FC them. I can play some Insanes and barely get 85%~ accuracy.
