As what? Specify if you want to participate as a judge or a stunter. It says pretty clearly in the first post 

since when does judges get picked by random ? I've participated in enough SLs to know that judges are invited, not signed up

I don't know what he plans to do with the judges, but it says in the first post he wants sign ups for both and for people to specify if they want to stunt or to judge. I'm guessing it's not going to be random who gets to judge, but there is no point in inviting people you'd think make good judges if they don't want to judge. Which is probably why sign ups for both categories are had and the final judges are picked from the signup list.

And btw, I've participated in 4 or 5 Stunting Leagues and I'm pretty sure the judges signed up each time. I know I did when I was a judge.

You should check judge's activity when you'll chose them Most of the SLs were waiting for judges to vote.

Btw, will the judges be involved for choosing objectives, helping doing topics and some other stuff?
