Time sync change SAiVC ?

Hey i have danny main scm so i have all the time 12:00  i wanmt to change tyme sync with some nice weather could anyone tell some cool tymsyc  mod ?

Just press C+V to unfreeze the time and the same combination to freeze it.

But there is no point of doing that anymore as you can change weather and time in any replay with Freeplay.

Are you asking for some sort of program to create a timecyc with? If i'm honest you're probably better off just opening timecyc.dat in a notepad and doing it yourself, you'll create more unique timecycs that way.
