hey I have new pc so I tried GTA IV everythings perfect but there's some drunk cam which I can't remove...can somebody help me?

Solution = Buy the game. If you did buy it, make sure you're launching from the "launchgtaiv.exe".

I've had the same problem and I'm quite sure some trainer or tweak was causing it. A new fresh installation solved it.
