[GTA:EFLC] Drag Racing [Chapter 1 - Echelon]

I just bought the EFLC and enjoy to editing some replay video stuffs used the video editor system of GTA IV.
And now I finish the little work,[GTA:EFLC] Drag Racing [Chapter 1 - Echelon] .

The "Drag Racing" will be a series,many Chapters.
The Chapter 1 is not really show you how the guys is "racing",he enjoy to driving fast in the LC city,but he just a noob.

In the Chapter 2,he will really "racing" with other guy.
