Keep in mind that this trailer was released on November 14, 2012. The developers made countless changes to the game before it released on September 17, 2013. Think about it: the Coquette would likely resemble its GTA IV model if the C7 Corvette were not revealed during January 2013s Detroit Auto Show. There are a few cars from GTA IV that have not changed much, if at all. Rockstar was paying attention to current events, and clearly implemented some of them.
Harrier jump jets have almost all been decommissioned. Rockstar likely revamped the appearance of their jet aircraft due to the modern setting of their game. The jet cameo in trailer two is probably a simulation, in fact. In GTA V as we know it, the jet would have exploded if it came into contact with a helicopter like it did in the trailer. Gamers nowadays are mostly fed “simulated gameplay” or cut scenes during new game release trailers. I think developers do this to mask the changes the game will undergo before its release. We are resultantly given a dull trailer.
So, you are probably looking at a previous version of what you are currently flying in GTA V. You may have something to look forward to, though. The Hunter attack helicopter from Vice City and San Andreas has likely been designed for GTA V. You can see a picture of it here (bottom right):
and footage of it here (two minutes, nine seconds):
