So, anyone that wants to team up with me is more than welcomed to contact me, started this year and with no real history playing any CS for a long period of time I've reached nova twice and deranked from it twice already because of griefers/random teams etc, it's a roulette and often you get teams with no tactic/no aim or just quitters and although I know I could eventually solo queue deep into the mg and beyond I kind of can't be arsed anymore.
