What is the .txd and .dff file names for Carl Johnson in gta sa?

i am trying to replace CJ in gta sa with another skin but can't find the files to replace! skin i downloaded was originally for Noire.dff and Noire.txd but i wanted it for CJ

You can't just replace CJ with other model. CJ is not a ped (one dff and one txd), it's basically a couple of dff's and txd's connected together (because of fat / muscles and other stuff that you can change in game). player.txd and player.dff are the files but if you replace them you will most likely get this:

If I was you I would look for some CLEO mods.
