Your stunts might have been stolen, check this!
« on: December 07, 2013, 08:41:59 AM »
I just watched a community stuntage uploaded by someone I am subscribed to and shockingly started seeing my clips, from High Risk Stunts I. Turns out someone had stolen my stunt video, downloaded edited with his own intro and uploaded to his channel. Looking at his other vids I also started seeing videos created by other people, such as a BMX stuntage posted in the videos sections. So I don't know who else he has stolen from. But here is his channel:

Doubt we can do much? Although I am partnered I don't think we own the copyrights so shouldn't be able to get it removed. Can't believe he uploaded my vid in October!

BMX Stunt jump montage 2 belongs to "HDee" on here.
GTA V | Stunt Montage #3 is mine.

(I have seen too many stunt montages...)

I think you can still have his videos taken down if he's taken footage from your videos, regardless of copyrighted music. Best thing to do would be to contact him and ask him to take them down. For all you know, he may just be making montages of his favourite stunts. So talk to him first, and if he ignores you or otherwise refuses to amend the video descriptions, then you should see what action you can take :)

My music is copyright free. I clicked flag and copyright but I am sure that is the wrong route as R* owns the copyrights. I think you are right though but I need to figure out the way to do it. He has twice the subs as me too :| And nope he deleted my intro with his and gave no credit! I want juuuuuusticee lol

LOL Daffy, funny you say that he took 2 of my worst stunts, at least steal good videos
On the plus side, the guy who uploaded him in his community vid will replace him with me. SUCCESS!

Daffy you use nametags. He cannot steal them properly.  :P Just flag this guy because they are your videos and you can have them take them down.

I can't find a way to do it :| The options under flag don't apply, and finding a youtube email address is not easy

next time, try to tag your nickname on the video so he cannot steal them again!

Good point, we were a small channel then didn't expect this to happen. Thanks for the advice though I will definitely try to do that.
