"legit" I've seen a level 279, also seen a streamer who is level 450 but banned me from stream when  I asked how 
Seen multiple level 1000's due to hackers as well

Saw a hacker in lvl 900 something, also saw a guy in lvl 264 I think who was probably legit. I've played pretty much (rank 112, never farmed) and I'd say the average lvl these days is around 50-60
