Ok i watched it thanks for sharing. Almost all of the stunts were fairly easy or unexciting. Some points to take with you to improve are:
Look at some other videos for both VC and SA and try to replicate some of the stunts then take that and look for some original spots. Also look at the editing as well.
Get a better version of fraps. Type "fraps 1.9d" into google for a freeware copy that is better than an unregistered newer version
Have a read of the SA stunting guide available on the forums and watch some tutorial vids as well...some you can find at VRC through the planetgta website.
Try not to include mods of any type they are generally frowned upon in stunts
With the intro: try using a font thats easier to read and also if you want to use live action recording goto the options and remove the hud etc so less clutter on the video and you can get a fix american.gxt file which will remove the flashing replay signage
