and you can modify the packer with just using simple native trainer car settings; exactly second page and add car components if I'm not wrong

Thank you so much bro! this works in both IV and EFLC
I notice that gtaiv when you rush to the packer,if you don't lift the front wheels before into the packer,you will crash and fall
And in EFLC looks like the packer collision is more precise,maybe don't need to lift front wheels,but if you don't rush right on the two parallel steel plates,you will crash and fall 

I also tested the packer ramp mod,it will also cause crash just like original GTA4,but the solution is the same one.
