None can be called best gta v plane stunter unless you do something crazy / creative combos with the plane and not normal flying under bridges , everyone can do that within some tries . Nothing special about it....
There's certainly more to be done with planes, although they aren't as advanced as the original San Andreas. Not bad, good luck with your future stuff

How long you spend attempting / practicing your stunts doesn't matter. Just try to improve, and always make sure your plane is undamaged when you "land" a stunt. When you changed to third person it revealed plane damage, and that looked bad. Try to keep the plane more steady during stunts too. It isn't easy, but it improves the enjoyability of the footage while making the pilot look more skilled.Noob video SS.
