SAiVC lagging after a replay

Okay, so this just suddenly started happening. After I watch a replay in SAiVC, whether it's by hitting F1 or F3, it starts lagging after around a minute and there's not really anything I've tried that fixes it.
Disabling aero, using different exe files, running as admin/running in another compatibility mode, changing the graphical settings and resetting the frame limiter.

I've seen one or two other topics about this but wasn't able to find any answers from them (mainly because I replied in that topic for someone else and it just died off). Anyone here who knows a fix for this? It's starting to get on my nerves.

E: Forgot to mention, but restarting does work until of course I accidentally watch a replay again. This would happen way too many times so I'd rather just have a definite solution for this.

The person who manages to fix this gets a bike from me.

I have that exact same problem but with all VC, LC and SAiVC on my laptop. It's really annoying so I'd love if someone help here.

Haha, I actually always had this issue in saivc. I just don't watch any replays while stunting.  :lol:

I have this weird habit of taking a look at my replay immediately after landing a stunt or seeing an awesome execution.

Well, in my case if I watch a replay I always restart the game afterwards. That is one of the reasons why you won't see many saivc stunts from me.  :P

Ah damn. I just hate losing my setup and everything or just the fact I have to fly all the way back to another island or something like that.

This pretty much happens to everyone, I doubt there's ever gunna be a fix for it  :(.

I guess in your case, a form of 'fix' would be to change your habits of viewing reps. Just come out the game, save a rep as 'attempt 1' or 'cool execution' or whatever and view it after you've had enough of a spot, or landed it. I can't see a long term fix, but this could be a short term fix of sorts, even if it is so obvious.

Doesn't happen on my PC though. The only thing different that can be causing this is that my PC is running on Win XP and my laptop is on Win 7.

In my experience, it depends on what version you are running (stock/Allbeast's etc.) and is also affected by which Main.scm you use.

A long time ago I used stock saivc with normal MAIN.scm(Dannyes) and I had the same problem. Had the same problem using Allbeasts Saivc with the MAIN.scm that it includes.
Now I use allbeasts SAIVC but with a main.scm that has both textures fixed and ISB included (you spawn on some invisible thing and have to wait) and now I never have this problem anymore.

I'd try it but here's the thing, I used to use the moddb version which was just fine for the most part (a Spoosh problem here and there but that was fixed) and that version suddenly started to lag.

So then I moved onto All(beast)'s version, and the problem was still there. This makes me think it's something in my software but I doubt that since I didn't really do much with that lately.

for me it happens too but in a different way, after replay watching ends all cars i use start spinning their rear wheel(s) and i can do nothing about it, but i can do like over 9000° spins on my backwheel lol
wasn't happening for me on win XP though.

Kind of surprising how no one's managed to find a fix for this yet. Guess I'll have to put up with it.

it could be many things, sounds like a ram issue though
