Looking for rpg multyplayer buddies

Well, I'm really used of playing solo but the boredom is getting to me. Thinking of starting Sacred 2 (since the first one kicked ass, and I still play it to this day) or Diablo 3, tho i've dodged this one shortly after it came out for a reason I can't remember, lol.

One thing that's worth mentioning - I don't pay for games, so I usually play on platforms like Garena, GameRanger and Tunngle.

The only mmorpg I've ever tried apart from first 2 or 3 levels of WoW (Not proud of it) is Silk Road or wahtever it was called, where I got to level 8.. Download HoN and I can be your shepherd who guides the small son into greatness and glory.

Sacred 2 is a big pile of shit as of what I've heard about it, but I agree the first one kicked ass. played it for like 2 years. good ol' times. D3 is well, I still recommend D2 because it's simply better. otherwise, I would suggest you trying out either Neverwinter or TERA, they're both free

I play Tera, it's free2play and I love the gameplay. The new instances and new sets have been released today in the europe version, downloading them as I'm writing this post.

Let me know if you find any cool games, I'm sorta after the same thing. Not playing GTA or Runescape anymore, APB is a once-a-week thing, but no other games seem to interest me.

HoN? No way man, I was a Dota 1 ADDICT for years! I got to the point where all I could think about is tactics and strategy... thank goodness I never went competitive.

Jubi, I've played so much D2 in the past I don't think I have enough juice to play it again.

Well, Dom, I've heard lot's of contradictory stuff about Sacred 2 so the best way to find out is actually try... Since you are a sacred 1 fanboy why don't you give it a go with me?

Just watched gameplay commentaries of Tera and Neverwinter and I'm willing to play NW. So if anyone's interested - pm me or something.

Determined, Eve online scares me  From what I've seen I'm afraid I'll spend more time reading on the net about what to do than actually play it. But still, if I got a person that could at least get me through the basics I'll be more than happy to dive into the deep space of Eve (sounds kinda sexual, doesn't it?)

since I am mostly playing shitloads of LoL, like nothing else, I don't think I would spend much time on Sacred 2. it would take also a year for me to download, but sure, we can try it out if you insist, with both of us starting from the beginning.
btw, don't forget about The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing, it's not that long, but it's hella fun.

It's deffinitely different, and not in a bad way. It has a Torchlight feel to it. Only thing I can complain so far is the way the archer's made and the fucking neverending infestation of kobolds.. lol

Skype isn't working on my computer for some odd reason, I only use Steam and Ts nowadays.

Granted you may be the master of casting mass-slow/implosion, I too have a few tricks up my sleeve. I've nailed you to the coffin before and I'm not afraid to do it again. You'll receive a PM soon, I'll make a worthy adversary out of you yet.

You should try FF XIV if you haven't yet. I've heard it's pretty challenging in late game.

Oh my goodness, just can't resist sharing what i've discovered. The boss dificulty in Sacred 2 (even in silver mode, which is ranked 2 out of 5 in terms of difficulty, but the highest one you can start on untill you beat the campaign) is about 5 times more challenging than in sacred 1, and also in some cases where you're surrounded by elite mobs in more advanced areas (which is quite often)... I mean, I have a hero which can soak up so many dmg and deal a good fair ammount of damage and hits often, but when I fought a dragon... In 10 minutes of running and hitting I managed to use all 80 of my potions (they heal instantly, have no cooldown, and the percentages of life restored are from 60 % to 100 %) and all I did was get that dragon's hp down to 95 % probably  The dragon is a lot faster and hits faster and harder than in sacred 1, but surprisingly the dragon breath is slightly weaker.

This is hands down a better rpg than sacred 1, and I dare say diablo 2.

So far I've got Dom and another buddy to play with (we've not started yet) but if there are any more enthusiasts, you're more than welcome to join.
