Stop the video at 08;04  / 11 secs at the video. U obviously broke up the RADs and MxZ was still radding at that time. And ofc u are losing time while he keeps radding. It's just not a solid proof at all. And just because he was maybe 1 sec. faster then u dosen't mean anything. People with Lower fps or that kinda fps drops always have faster replays. if u want to try it just make fl off esc. then fl on. Or just set ur fps with fraps. There's nothing more to explain.

There are such thing as unstable fps, though it would have to be below 25, but if he stunting on a laptop it's completely possible. These compare videos are useless.
