Did that and now it gives me a blue screen. It's not the blue what you expect but it's more like greenish-blue... And I see the cursor. That's probably not supposed to happen is it?

Try running a clean boot & maybe get a new anti-virus, as they sometimes conflict with os.

I'm starting to believe that your laptop can't be repaired anymore. Might be motherboard fault and fixing that is fuckin' expensive, so just buy a desktop and be happy. I can help you find the parts you need.

Start windows in safe mode and make backups of your important files. Then throw in the Windows CD and boot from it. Format the HDD, re-install the OS and all the required drivers afterwards. That takes an hour or two, but then everything should be fine and that's less of a struggle man.

I don't have the CD. I bought this laptop and Windows 7 was automatically on it.
It said I had to make a Back up of that, and when I tried that it didn't work. I put an empty CD in the driver thing and clicked on Back up. Then it shot it open again and said I had to put an empty disc in it. It did this with all the disc I put in. So I hope my mothers neighbour can fix it again...

Everything was formatted not even a week ago. I don't know what I do wrong but apperantly Laptops don't like Minecraft / GTA or Pokemon Showdown lol.

This doesn't seem like a hardware issue to me. Just readout and mark down your Windows key. Then download the trial version from Microsoft and burn it to a DVD. Make backups of important files and format. Re-install the OS and you'll be able to activate your Windows with your key again. Also re-set the BIOS. A shit load of updates is normal after a OS re-install. Also install all required hardware drivers.

Laptops don't suck at all. Do the mentioned stuff above and if it still fucks up, it might be something hardware related for real. But please don't go like 

And if you're going for a PC, build one yourself instead of buying assembled hardware crap. That's what really sucks.
