Start - accessories - system tools - system restore.Try resetting bios settings to default & maybe scan your pc with malwarebytes. Are you using any reg cleaning "pc optimizing" software? If so, delete them & avoid using them. The only good one that exists is Systweak CacheBoost, as it doesn't alter vital pc configs. Maybe try defragging your pc if you don't have that scheduled, set it to defrag once a week to avoid clusters. Scan your pc with MalwareBytes with full scan.
