2 aussie cars in GTA?

I realise I'm probably the only Australian who's actually going to see this here but I can't post on gtaf so you guys get the pointless topic.

In the gameplay video I noticed a car that looked somewhat familiar and in the screens another, can you guys see some similarities?

The cop car looks an awful lot like an Australian cop car, the 2008+ ford falcon



Mostly the lights I believe.

And in the gameplay video, at michaels house he looks like he's got a Holden Statesman *again, lights*





I realise it's nothing exciting but are there any similarities for anyone else?

The first one looks alike but for the second only the front lights match

So is that Ford model only in Australia or why do you call it an "aussie car"?

I'd rather say the 2nd one is something Audi A4/A5'ish. The round shaped foglights are somewhat similar at least. Then again the GTA R8 rip-off has an emblem at the hood, whereas Michael's car hasn't.
