    Been working slowly on this for a long time and finally decided to share if anyone is interested.
    Here's a few screens....








    I have only tested this on a default install. Please read the readme.txt it explains more in depth about the
    things I have done and the pre-existing mods I included.
    My goal was to make VC less drab and to do something to celebrate the 10th ann. of VC.

    UPDATE

    Added more VCS neons, fixed more LOD issues, new signage and further tweaks.

    Fence visible from both sides now


    New sign day and night


    New sign plus fixed LOD of arches, can see from far away now


    New Escobar sign day and night








    Corrected land model

    Looking great, just in downloading it, will make me want to open vc up more frequently and be on the lookout for spots I bet.
