have you ever removed accidentally the heatsink from GPU and started working without it?350 W is very enough for the whole system by the way.It may have the heatsink removed or the fan got stuck or stopped somehow.

Use this: http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jspto calculate how much power you need for your components.
If you can afford it, go for the Coolermaster haf xm mid tower, that shit will never disappoint you, and you'll be able to upgrade it with 1000w psu's if needed (they tend to be bigger than your average psu's and won't fit in standard cases), in case you might want to crossfire or stuff like that.
