Good for your first video. Sweet editing, but music was kinda weird.  :blink:
You become better stunter everyday, so keep practising. :)
Thank you.
===
Yeah the music wasn't the best, but it was the best one out of the ones that I am allowed to use and not get a copyright strike.
===
I should practice more then, OFF TO THE BIKE !

Boost on precision was really cool. Nice editing, but next time I want see 30 fps in your movie.
The boost was a fluke actually, I wasn't intending to land on that roof. It's my favorite stunt in the video aswell.
The video is recorded and rendered at 30 fps, I didn't notice the "lag" on my PC, I only noticed it after uploading it to YouTube. I guess the reason for that is that I rendered it at 4bps ? I will mess around with different rendering settings next time, thanks.

Okay. In Fraps should be 30 fps limiter (for example if 60 will be laggs) and usually I render in WMV 8mbs with 100% quality and 30 frames. btw FL should be on when you recordind. Good Luck.
Oooooh I guess that's the problem, I've always rendered my videos in .mp4 format. I just checked the settings for .wmv and it looks like there are a lot more settings I can mess with. I will check them out for the next video. Thanks.

im rendering VC clips at 5mbps, with 100% sharpness and im getting the smoothest videos ive ever seen, with quality which needs improvement. Check Video Editing Tutorials board, you can find there some cool render settings.
I will try and render my next vid in .wmv. Thanks or the tip.

nice work for a first video, editing and stunting wise.

The music actually made me think of a classic stunt vid called "two's tale" as it had music that had sounds of tires/revving up as well and it was older stunts.

I'd say, get the tracking and playback smooth for your next video and that alone will make it easier to enjoy. Also, try to get an eclectic mix of stunts i say. Variety is the spice of life. Even different vehicles/ or less traveled areas can help you achieve this.

Just keep on having fun is the main thing, but if you do want to surpass some standard in stunting or try to raise the bar in any sense, holler at any of us to give you feedback on the replays.

GTAstunting has a YT channel, and it'd help to watch a few of those videos just to get a broader view/scope of what stunts can be and how far the limits can go :)

Cheers

Very much enjoyed it. Now just try to progress and improve  :happy:
Yay, a long post, let's see now...
===
I just checked out "Two's Tale" and the second song was awesome, far better than the one I used. Finding good copyright-free songs is a very hard task though.
===
I agree fully. I landed mostly bike bump stunts because that was what I was comfortable with. I will try and stunt with a few other vehicles next time. I might even try one of the "grinds" that people seem to like so much. They scare me to death though :D
===
Okay, this forum/community seems very helpful, unlike the Minecraft community (where I come from).
===
I will check out all the 93 videos on the GTAS channel. I will watch ~10 vids every night before I go to sleep probably :P
===
Thank you, I will try to improve :)

Watching :)
Watched!

A lot of natural stuff, Caio likes it! You can try some more grinds for the next video :)
Liked the editing and music too, hope to see more vids from you.

And Badinfos, don't need to take these accusations seriously, these people do it in every topic :lol:
I will try a few grinds for the next vid. They scare me to death though. Just slightly touching the rail makes me fall :D
===
You will see more GTA stunt vids from me in the future, but that will not be soon  because I am mostly focusing on releasing Minecraft content because 90% of my subscribers want Minecraft. Can't let them down :)

I see you already get bashed around here, Badinfos.
Seriously, don't mind it.

The video was nice. All the advises I could think of had been mentioned already.
Keep up with these videos!
Nah, it's cool, this is the internet afterall, I've seen everything. Oh and I forgot to say- I don't mind when the people express their opinion about my stunts, what annoys me is when someone *cough*Shadow Dragon*cough* just state something that they have no evidence of.
Thanks.

===================================
Oh and guys, don't be shy of leaving comments on the video itself (on the YT watchpage). That would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if you know about tools that help for stunting but just so in case if you didn't know. Seems you're pretty new so you might not know about them.

I'd recommend getting Dannye's ultimate scm as it has teleporters and spawners.  The teleporter is really nice as you can just pick a good starting point for a stunt idea and save. Then you can just go at your stunt all day til you land or cry  :lol:

And, no worries on all bike stunts, thats probably 80-90% of stunts but for me i think its great to include all things in the gta universe if it can be highlighted somehow.

Also , if you want more option via replays, check out Dannye's Freeplay mod as well. TONS of features that will aid in camera work.

Finisher modded  :angry: and plz make your vid at 30 fps  :sleep:
First of al you cannot state something based on your opinion and say that you are right without waiting for the reply from the person you are chatting/talking with. Let me explain to you how a conversation/chat works: you state your opinion with a question or an assumption that the person in question (me) did something wrong/something you do not agree with. Then you wait for the said person (again-me) to reply you back with a reasonable response and give you an explanation or give his opinion on the matter. Now if that person is ignorant (as you are now), then you have no business with him and then you can safely say that he "has modded the stunt"
Yes you can state something based on your opinion. Which is what I am going to do now and you just did. I frankly don't care about how politely you want your conversations to be here. Saying that SD is an ignorant guy and that you have no business with him is not exactly very polite either, right Mr. Minecraft-uploader? You could have just been nice one him but noooooo, you chose to be a hypocrit. I'd like to see the replay since I think it is neccessary. Since that is the only evidence you can provide us of. Modding accusations are all based on opinions and eye-sight. Get over it. I didn't accuse you of anything yet but if that replay contains any trace of mods I will be back over here. Some people on this forum wish to take stunting out of the possible limits or make those limits easier to reach. And since there is no way of proving it there is only trust and good faith that stops us from bashing eachother. Which is the exact argument they are using to keep accusations buried or riduculed(I feel the huge need to write a name here but won't). Your call if you ever want to go down that road.

Keep stunting though you got some potential and your videos are enjoyable  :) As said above, start using Dannye's main.scm which can be found in the GTA modding section. And since you are more about editing I guess Freeplay would be very helpful aswell. Music was good and reminded me of Two's Tale aswell, again mentioned above. Damn you Ohki!  :( Have a good day and keep them subscribers entertained! (Don't mind my spelling errors aswell  :P)

I used Dannye's scm for this video. I couldn't even imagine landing these without it as it would take me ages.
===
I agree, the more variety the better. Tha's even the reason why I made this GTA stunt video- to have more variety on my YT channel.
===
I used Freeplay aswell, but I didn't use it fully, I just zoomed out my taxi stunt a bit and paused one of the replays to make the thumbnail for the video.
===
Thank you for the tips. Are there any programs/mods that make the sky/surroundings a bit nicer ? Add clouds, better colors and such...

Alright. I guess I didn't explain myself well enough. There is a language barrier, which makes it harder for me to express myself.
I am fine when someone is thinking that my stunt/stunts is/are modded. The right thing to do is to ask for evidence (like you did now) or to mention that you have a suspicion that something is not right (again- what you did in your first post).
What is not right is calling the stunt/stunts modded without actually consulting with the other member what could have been done to prove or even to ask if he modded or not. SD did the opposite. What he did is the same as going out on the streets and saying to someone "Hey you have AIDS" and walking away. Does he know that the other person has AIDS ? No. Could he have AIDS ? Yes. But he does not know that and cannot just say that he has.
===
I am polite and forever will be aslong as I communicate with people with the same mindset. If the guy I am writing to/chatting with  calls me out I will do the same and that is when the niceness will stop. And again your first post and Art's first post were fine, everything I wrote was directed to SD.
===
I thought that you guys were professionals and proving something was not going to be needed, but I guess you are right, GTA is more complicated than Minecraft to distinguish these things. Every stunt ever landed looks modded to me anyway :D
 So as you asked, here is the replay http://www.mediafire.com/?ce2axjhycmvunon It was my second time landing it, I hit a tree on the other side the first time I crossed the water.
===
I use both Dannye's and Freeplay. Read my reply to Samurai for more info about that.
===
On a side note- isn't it considered modding when you use Dannye's mod ? :D It is still a mod and saves you hours of your time, plus it clears out the streets giving you an advantage. Just my two cents.
Oh and your spelling is fine ;)

modding is everything that makes things possible on PC version impossible on PS2 version. USCM is just helping you with saving your time, but everything you do on this is possible to do on PS2, just would take a lot more time.

:jajaja: It's true , USCM just helping you saving your time , don't abuse it to become modding

Everything in the replay looks fine. Although you do kind of boost after coming down but that little grass hill is way to random to even judge that.  :ajaja:

Oh I see, that makes a lot of sence actually.

As I mentioned before- I am not here to impress you with my stunts, I just decided to share the video in hopes to broaden my audience in a way. You have your own opinion and I respect that. Sadly there is no way I can change it, but that wouldn't be a problem, we will get along just fine, won't we ? :P
