Google translated:
Since 1 February last, the whole video game world is in turmoil. In fact, Sony has massively attracted attention by distributing a teaser of what many regard as the beginning of the announcement of the new home console from the Japanese manufacturer. And to be honest, we are part of this opinion, waiting as you the evening of 20 February, the day of the event that will unveil this mystery. Since then, rumors are rife, theories proliferate, technical characteristics supposedly appear here and there, everyone has his prediction, based often on very discrete.

I'm pretty sure they will announce it this 20th. There was a report that a lot of high profile Sony people will be attending the event, which isn't usual if it would only be some kind of Vita promotion. Excited to see what they've got in store for us, especially because I want the console scene to move on from the point they are at now and Sony may have just started this movement. Hoping Microsoft will follow soon as well and all out console warfare to be unavoidable. :P

Only interested in the new Xbox myself, but new consoles will be shit if they go ahead with all this 'no pre owned games' thing. The PS4 may have chips on the disks which are removed once inserted into the disk drive so they can only be used on that 1 console and the Xbox may have to be always online to check the unique key matches to each disk. Both rumours but Sony filed a patent for theirs a month of so ago.
