But Promagic can't get this speed. First possibility : he's doin' it wrong. Second possibility : your native trainer is fuckin' up everything (which I doupt) land some stunts, let's say we don't care.

FPS doesn't matter with speed you say? No tire wheelie method gives me 200km/h max at around 40 fps. If I put my settings higher I cannot even get near 190. Which equals a fps of 25 for me.Minor difference? I cannot even land a stunt properly when I put my settings on medium.
Lower FPS = lower speed (when using special methods to gain higher speeds than normal)sounds pretty logical to me, but then again I know jackshit about IV so I don't really wanna be a smartass
