I most certainly do not have time or the will to pull off anything near that in terms of effort. ^^

Anyway, I wouldn't count on the moderators much on this case. I think that last year nobody said anything about it in the staff-chat until I just volunteered at one moment. It's best to give it to someone with motivation rather than enforce someone with experience, so I support Przemyslaw (if your will is genuine  ). I can help you out by giving you topic templates from last year (although if you do get picked you're likely to get moderation rights in the thread yourself).

Could be Daffy is doing it. He'd mostly done it around the end of the year, PtRvY started 1,5 weeks earlier.
