this plugin is called Twitch, its in AAE afaik, dunno bout vegas.

u can also use mbl as long as u dont want it to animate to the sides /up-down.
or duplicate layer in vegas -> 1 layer with, one withouth the mbl rgb effect -> animate the one with rgb with pancrop and  just find a good layer setting

Watch this completely, or watch the beginning and when he begins with the "mute" option skip to motion blur. And I am quite sure he didn't use slow motion in that part of the video.  ;)

Either putting in markers or cutting the clips at the beats whilst looking at the spikes in the waveform.

i wanna edit my funsolo but my fraps is bugging and i dont have no clue why ... it doenst let me record with 15 fps although i check-marked it :(

Assuming you're using an older version, have you checked the lock framerate box? If that's not the case, try rebooting. I had that problem just yesterday.

sync with soundforge using "clear audio" -dont remember its exact name- so its perfectly synced, then u just need to export it with locked markers so you dont need to mark everything again =DDDD
