What you're saying right now is that network crew people are allowed to bump posts no matter how old they are. With that logic I'll just be like "I was in DP for 2 days, I'll bump some 8 year old topics and no one will care!"

Ah, like that. Well, it's normal for every forum to have a rule not to bump topics that are pretty old so assuming he's on the internet quite a bit (since it also doesn't only apply to forums but any site that has a comment system implemented too) so I'd assume he knows not to do stuff like that.
