the synchronisation is good, but you should think over which effects you are using... all the flashes are rather annoying than impressive. find some more subtle effects.

also work on your camera angles

Pretty cool stunts, CC's way too soft & dull, seems like you just threw a glow & a bit of contrast over it. Pretty good editing.

Ye  i know , the only thing is in sony vegas the effects look so much nicer then when i render them  , thats the only thing :/
