My Dannye's SCM version block wanted level.

You can turn wanted level on and off with dannye's SCM, read the readme and figure it out as you might have a different button set up than me. However I think I use ctrl + tab + scrollup to raise wanted level and ctrl + tab + scrolldown to lower it, so you can try that I guess.

then backup your current SA folder and reinstall it . so you'll have a SA with dannye's scm and one with the normal one. the you need to download the crazy trainer so you can use cheats by using different button set ups. after that it should work

Stunting with USCM:
"Wanted Level    = Action + Shoot + Weapons" (For me: CTRL + TAB + Mouse Wheel up/Wheel down(for lower the stars))
DON'T TURN GHOSTTOWN ON!
