FallDress, are you mentally deficient? It's considered modding if you use jetpack to get to the roof. Why would you not care? It's one of the most basic rules of stunting; if you cannot get a vehicle on a roof (or any other place for that matter) on a clean install then it's considered modding. However, there are methods (in VC, not LC  if I'm correct) that allow you to get a bike on any roof.

You guys should check out the Bike Morph glitch, it's used in a glitch similar to PBM (which I considered modding due to a reason I can't remember at the moment) that is definitely possible on a clean install.

For those who don't know what a clean install means; it means using a VC, LC or SAiVC without any mods, not even Dannye's main.scm or any teleporter/jetpack. Basically a PS2 version.

It's possible to carry any bike up to any roof naturally. Regardless, if you ask me, this rule is pointless. Does anyone even care about it these days? Think about it, nobody stunts VC/SA on the console versions any more, so all the teleporting tools are available to everyone. In GTA IV you can fly up to any roof, and spawn a NRG or similar vehicle using your mobile phone. So what relevance does this rule have any more, at least in terms of roof spawning?

Bike Morph Glitch

The GTAForums post for the SAiVC release lists Dannye's main.scm as a download, and the ModDB download page lists it as a patch. Not worrying too much about the legitimacy of Dannye's for SAiVC. They also specifically name the fact they made a stunter's friendly version of SAiVC.

Speaking of reading/spelling English...your English sucks tbh  And yes, it helps. I've been on FD's place millions of times trying to understand what people are trying to tell me but I couldn't. Adding rough words or multiple "fuck"s as you said it makes you understand everything better.  And please, let's not start a flame war here.

In my view, the stuck the pcj into a packer method (If you stuck it clean) isn't different than CSM, or BSM.

Ofc it's "coarser", but I don't beilive it's illegal.
