I never use plug-ins for my CCs, personally. It's a lot more hand-tailored & fun to do your own colors from scratch, with MB you have all the presets & it's just way too easy to get a decent color set + you slow down your render time 10 fold.

I think Newblue film looks or Newblue film pro will better CC plugin than MBL because MBL is Heavy FX . i think it's better for AE than Vegas . try it

Newblue is okay but it has poor quality and doesn't have enough options to make it look polished or realistic. And whether you use it in AE or Vegas has no difference at all, unless you meant something like the memory capacity of those programs.

Seriously though, eversince MB blended their whole thing into that atrocious Red Giant Suite, I can't bear it anymore, it's not comfortable to work with & the render times are just ridiculously huge & I can easily manage to get the colors I'm looking for without using that shit.

If that's really true then you must totally suck at making CCs. But yeah, the render times are ass. I used to be able to render MB-using projects within just 2 to 3 hours and now it's back to 4 to 6.
